We roast your coffee to order. Currently, we roast for online orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays:

Orders placed by 11:59am (PST) on Monday–Wednesday will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed Thursday–Sunday, will be shipped the following Tuesday.

All coffees sold as whole beans and are packaged in 12oz. increments.
