Assistant Retail Manager:
Sightglass Coffee Roasters has an opening for an assistant retail manager at our retail/production space. We are seeking someone to join our team that possesses leadership skills and is able to effectively coordinate a team.
  • candidate must have experience as a barista and be able to confidently demonstrate these skills.
  • possess a desire and passion to work with coffee.
  • must be very organized, observant, punctual, and hard working.
  • capable of implementing policies and procedures.
  • must be capable in assisting with leading a team, accurately handling money, and directing staff.
  • possess exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent costumer service, and must be very attentive to details.
  • must be willing to work 40 hours/wk. and maintain flexibility.
  • limited product ordering and scheduling of employees will be required.
Barista Position:
