We roast your coffee to order. Currently, we roast for online orders on Tuesdays & Thursdays:
- Orders placed by 12:00pm (PST) on Monday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
- Orders placed by 12:00pm (PST) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday.
- All coffees sold as whole beans in 12oz. bags.
We ship via USPS Priority mail, which takes 2-3 postal days, with the exception of holidays & Sundays. USPS claims that Priority Mail assures delivery of your item within 2-3 business days; however, Sightglass does not guarantee this claim ourselves. If you are concerned about your order’s delivery time, we can assist you with tracking information.
We do not accept returns. Nevertheless, If you are dissatisfied with your coffee, or if an error occurs with your order, we want to know about it. Please contact us with your concerns at orders@sightglasscoffee.com and we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
