Bolivia is often overlooked compared to its neighboring countries of Colombia or Peru when it comes to coffee. This offer from the Rodriguez Family showcases the tropical fruit flavors and balanced body that a well grown and processed coffee can produce. After tasting through numerous offers, this particular parcel from their larger estate produced the most vibrant coffee. The farm borders a lush rainforest and the coffee trees are shaded by a native canopy to foster slower cherry maturation that leads to increased complexity. We're excited to offer El Kusillo for the first time on our our menu.
