Salvador’s farm, Agua Dulce, is located in the Alto Mayo, a protected forest in Nothern Peru. With support from a local cooperative, his farm is organically and sustainably managed. His most recent investment on the farm is a water treatment system that utlizes a triple-filtration feature before it is allowed to re-enter the local stream. This is our frist year sourcing from this region of Peru, but we are excited with the coffee quality we’ve seen thus far.
