Gesha (also spelled Geisha) is one of the most distinctive and celebrated coffee varieties in the world and known for its floral aromatics, vibrant acidity, and layered sweetness. Originally from the Gori Gesha forest in Ethiopia, it's now cultivated in select growing regions and requires skilled hands and ideal conditions to reach its full potential.
This year, we’re proud to share two limited-release Gesha coffees from producers we know and trust. From Silvia Herrera in Chiapas, Mexico, comes a natural-processed Gesha that’s bright, fruit-forward, and silky. From David Muñoz in Santa Barbara, Honduras, a washed Gesha offers clarity, structure, and a delicate floral finish.
Both lots reflect the deep care and craftsmanship of their producers and the remarkable character of the Gesha variety. They're available for a short time, and only while they last.
