Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Sunday through Thursday are processed the same day and roasted the following day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Thursday are processed on Friday and roasted on Monday.
Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Friday and 1:00 PM PST Sunday are processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.

Are you really roasting to order?
Yes! We roast your coffee after you order to guarantee you receive it at peak freshness. On rare occasions, we may have small batches of pre-roasted coffee available—this is always clearly indicated on the product page under the roasting schedule section. Either way, you're getting exceptionally fresh coffee.
Can I change up my subscription?
Yes! You can change or edit your subscription frequency, address or payment details any time by logging into your account or by emailing us at orders@sightglasscoffee.com
Can I add non subscription products to my next shipment?
Yes! First, login to your account then navigate to the "you might also like" section. If the item you wish to add on isn't visible please reach out to orders@sightglasscoffee.com.

How many cups are in a bag?
Using the recipe that we use in our café, each 12oz bag makes 17 cups of coffee: just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.
Each 2LB bag makes 45 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 3 weeks for two people.
Each 5LB bag makes 113 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 8 weeks for two people.
I bought this subscription for my mom so she can enjoy great coffee up in the hills. Unfortunately USPS lost one of the shipments! But fret not as Sight Glass Support saved the day.
