How do prepaid subscriptions work?
You choose how many deliveries you’d like to gift. On the date you select at checkout, your recipient receives an email with a link to redeem their gift and set up their subscription.
What can the recipient choose from?
They can choose any coffee available for subscription, including our Single Origin Series, Blend Shuffle, and other eligible offerings. They also choose their grind and how often deliveries should arrive.
Does the recipient need my address or payment details?
No. They simply redeem the gift through a link we send, add their shipping address, and customize their subscription. They are never charged unless they choose to purchase something beyond their gift credit.
What happens if the coffee they choose costs less than the gifted amount?
Any remaining credit stays on their account. They can use it toward a future one-time order by adding a payment method at checkout.
Can the recipient change their delivery schedule?
Absolutely. They are in total control of their experience. They can adjust their delivery cadence to match their routine. Gift subscriptions are fully flexible once redeemed.
Can they choose a coffee that costs more than the credit?
Yes, they can choose any coffee they like. If the cost exceeds their remaining credit, they can pay the difference at checkout.
When will the recipient be notified?
On the date you select during checkout. We send a clean, simple gift email letting them know you’ve gifted them a coffee subscription—no pricing shown.
What does the gift email include?
A personalized message (if you add one) and a link for your recipient to choose their coffee, grind, and schedule. No prices or order details are displayed.
Do gift credits expire?
No. Any unused credit remains available on your recipient’s account until they choose to spend it.
What if the recipient misses the gift email?
We can resend the email anytime. Just reach out to orders@sightglasscoffee.com and we’ll take care of it.
