• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency and price selected on the product page and confirmed at checkout, unless you change or cancel your subscription through your account before the next billing date.

• Billing Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each subscription period.

• Pricing Changes: Subscription pricing may change with advance notice as required by law. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at orders@sightglasscoffee.com. Cancellations apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Refunds: Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Payments and Fees

You agree to pay all charges, taxes, and fees associated with your purchases. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

7. Intellectual Property

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sightglass and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sightglass and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in San Francisco, California, before a single arbitrator.

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for claims involving intellectual property rights or misuse of the Services.

14. SMS Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from Sightglass Coffee Roasters, LLC, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Our SMS programs are operated using Postscript, Inc. and Recharge, Inc., along with their respective service providers.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring transactional and/or marketing text messages from or on behalf of Sightglass at the number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

• Message Types: Messages may include order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription-related notifications, account alerts, promotions, product launches, and cart reminders.

• Consent: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with the Services, including subscription activity.

• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
