    Great customer service

    Ordered a gift card that was lost by USPS. Due to Sightglass’ ability to easily track the card and identify that it was lost, they sent out a new one the next day. Obviously a great company with a focus on customer service.

    Sightglass Customer Service is fantastic!

    I made an error in the shipping address for gift cards. The cards were already in transit but the team at Sightglass acted quickly in taking care of the problem. They were extremely responsive and totally customer-focused in helping me with this dilemma. I'm so impressed and appreciative. Not only is their product the best but they back it up with their incredible service.
