Juicy
I chose my V60 for my first pourover of this, and it was a spot-on choice I've repeated every morning. (I use the Hoffman technique from James Hoffman of YouTube fame.) It's floral, fruity, and juicy like a single origin, but it has the satisfying body that a blend with often yield over a single origin. Truly one of those coffees that will make you excited to get out of bed. IN LOVE.

Spring in my step
Spring Equinox is one of those blends that surprises you upon first sip. It's bright and fruity on the nose and tongue, and remains that way til you finish your cup. I brewed it every way I could - pour over, cold brew, espresso, and even batch brew - you really can't go wrong with this one. Having it as a latte really made for a nice treat, like a lil morning dessert.
I should also add that the Equinox themed blends are not only thoughtful, but completely spot on flavor wise. The flavor profiles ease you into each season a sip at a time!

Flavorful Cup of Coffee
Sight Glass has always come up with one of the best Blends and Spring Equinox is one of them. Whether you pull a shot of espresso or pourover the flavors and aromatics are delicious. I recommend doing a pourover but you can also pull a shot of espresso. The taste notes are spot on but the strawberry is what stands out the most for me. Id definitely get another bag.

How long does Sightglass coffee stay fresh?
Sightglass coffee tastes best up to six weeks after the roast date printed on the back of the sealed bag. Once opened, we recommend you use the coffee within two weeks for optimal freshness. Coffee will taste best when ground immediately before brewing.
How many cups of coffee are in a bag?
Using the recipe that we use in-store, each 12oz bag makes 17 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.
