Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Sunday through Thursday - processed the same day and roasted the following day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Thursday - processed on Friday - roasted on Monday.
Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Friday and 1:00 PM PST Sunday - processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.
Please note Sightglass does not roast or ship eCommerce orders on the weekend.

These are definately a dark roast, but also definately not as dark as say something from Pe*t's or Star*ucks, so these dark roast from Sightglass still tastes like coffee. I personally prefer something slightly lighter than these, but these are still good tasty coffee.

I’ll start by saying that I am a die hard Owls Howl fan and tend to prefer more chocolatey notes with less acidity but this was a very pleasant switchup! I do think it leans a bit more acidic than I would like for everyday but I would definitely purchase again when I need something different!
