The Sweet Spot Gift Set

$54.80 Regular price $68.50

Blueboon, Grizzly Peak, Spring Equinox

Not every great cup pushes to an extreme. Sometimes the most rewarding coffees are the ones that feel just right: layered enough to be interesting, approachable enough to reach for every morning. This set brings together three of our favorite mediums, each with its own origin story and distinct character.

Grizzly Peak is the newest addition to our lineup and our first Regenerative Organic Certified® coffee, sourced from the collective work of 200 producers at the La Prosperidad de Chirinos Cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. Medium-bodied and immediately likable, with notes of Pear, Cara Cara Orange, and Hazelnut.

Blueboon has been on our menu longer than almost anything else, and for good reason. This blend pulls slightly lighter than a traditional medium, with a delicate floral finish that makes it equally at home as a pour over or a Saturday morning drip. Notes of Milk Chocolate, Mandarin, and Honeysuckle.

Spring Equinox is here for a limited time only. Named for the moment when day and night stand in perfect balance, this seasonal blend of high-altitude Guatemalan and Honduran coffees is one of our most anticipated releases each year. Notes of Apricot, Orange Blossom, and Chocolate Ganache.

⚠️ You’ve selected ground coffee.
Your order will arrive pre-ground, not whole bean.

FAQ

Are you really roasting to order?

Yes! We roast your coffee after you order to guarantee you receive it at peak freshness. On rare occasions, we may have small batches of pre-roasted coffee available—this is always clearly indicated on the product page under the roasting schedule section. Either way, you're getting exceptionally fresh coffee.

How is your coffee sourced?

The production of exceptional coffees is a collaborative, meticulous and multi-faceted effort. All coffees are sourced in freshly harvested lots through direct relationships with producers and cooperatives committed to quality and sustainable business practices.

We travel to origin throughout the year, exploring new coffee sources, checking in with cherished producers, and offering premiums for quality. The long-standing partnerships we nurture are built upon trust—trust that our producers will convey to us what they need to thrive and trust that we will do everything we can to support them. Visit Our Company page to learn more about our sourcing practices.

Are all your coffees organic?

Most of the coffee that we source annually is certified Organic. These coffees go into classic blends like Blueboon, Toketee, Owl's Howl, Banner Dark, Crown Point, and Hunky Dory.

On our single origin menu, Worka Chelbessa from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is certified Organic. We purchase other single origin coffees yearly with Organic certifications but are often sold as conventional coffees.

How long does your coffee stay fresh?

Sightglass coffee tastes best up to six weeks after the roast date printed on the back of the sealed bag. Once opened, we recommend you use the coffee within two weeks for optimal freshness. Coffee will taste best when ground immediately before brewing.

How many cups are in a bag?

Using the recipe that we use in our café, each 12oz bag makes 17 cups of coffee: just the right amount for one person to use in two weeks or for a pair of coffee drinkers to enjoy in a week.

Each 2LB bag makes 45 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 3 weeks for two people.

Each 5LB bag makes 113 cups of coffee - just the right amount for one person to use in 8 weeks for two people.

Our Mission

Responsible Sourcing

Our coffee is sourced directly from producers worldwide who share our devotion to freshly harvested coffee and sustainable farming. We proudly offer USDA-certified organic coffee.

Small Batch
Roasting

We take great pride in the art of coffee roasting. We understand that each cup of coffee is unique and warrants the utmost attention to detail. That’s why we roast only in small batches.

Sustainability & Community

We believe that by collaborating with small holder farmers, we can help them achieve sustainable and profitable farming practices that benefit both the environment and their communities.
