Darker than Expected

Overall, it is a good cup of coffee that exhibits what you want with Ethiopian beans (the acidity / floral tastes). My bag did taste on the darker side for Ethiopian beans, so the verdict is still out there for me.

Great Ethiopian Coffee

Smooth fruit forward taste, shipped and arrived quickly!

The smell of this particular coffee beans seems not what I am aware of

Very good, but not great

I really enjoyed this Ethiopia roast, smooth with citrus notes.

However, other Sightglass roasts from Ethiopia such as the Yetatebe, Shakisso and the Yukro, Agaro were both noticeably better than this one.

Freshly-roasted, Flavor-rich

I got the single-origin Worka Chelbessa, Yirgacheffe and the roast was light in the best way possible that kept all the natural flavors. This why I love Sightglass.

Worka Chelbessa, Yirgacheffe

10/10 Would drink everyday. Perfectly roasted to bring out notes of chocolate covered berries and hints of citrus.
