Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on Sunday through Thursday - processed the same day and roasted the following day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST on Thursday - processed on Friday - roasted on Monday.
Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Friday and 1:00 PM PST Sunday - processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.

I was given a bag of their coffee and some of their instant as a birthday gift! It was probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. Even the instant was amazing. It might cost a little more but even so, in this case I’d say you get more than what you pay for.

What a balanced, yet flavorful cup you get from these beans. Excellent for espresso and even for a pour over with a v60 (coarsely ground -- 22 clicks on a comandante c40, 1:16 ratio and water at 205).
