We break down the science and techniques needed to make delicious espresso, silky foam, and even latte art! This 1-on-1 barista course is crafted around your individual needs and home espresso machine.

Class Requirements

  • In-person: Just you!

 

Included with Course

  • All coffee and milk/alternatives used during class.
  • 12oz bag of Owl's Howl espresso to use at home.
  • If you would like to use your own espresso machine or grinder, please bring it with you to the class and leave a note for your trainer when you book the class.

 

Know Before You Join

  • This class will offer espresso extraction and milk steaming lessons, demonstrations, feedback on your individual technique and ample time for troubleshooting. Any and all questions are welcome and encouraged.
  • We require two weeks' notice to schedule our training staff adequately for our educational classes. We are unable to accommodate last minute requests at this time.
  • This class will be taught in person at our flagship roastery and cafe located at 270 7th St San Francisco, CA 94103. 
  • If you would like to book this class as a group, please do so at the time of booking. Otherwise, the class will be restricted to the first person who books.
  • If you would like to reschedule your class, you can choose a different date based on availability. We are happy to reschedule or provide a full refund for cancellations at least one week before your event is scheduled.
