With a few tools and the right ingredients, a well-brewed cup of coffee is easy to make at home. This intimate class offers recipes, tips, and feedback on your pour-over brewing technique.

 Included with Course

  • 1 x 12oz bag of Blueboon (whole bean coffee)
  • Pre-ground, ready-to-brew coffee samples for class use

We Provide

  • Grinders, scales, brewers, timers, filter papers, and coffee. 
  • During the class, we go over V60 and Chemex brewing. We supply all brewing tools for use during the session, so participants are not required to bring anything to the class.

Know Before You Join

  • This class is 60 minutes in length and offers brewing lessons, demonstrations, and the ability to brew and taste coffee together as a group. There will also be plenty of time for questions.
  • We require two weeks' notice to schedule our training staff adequately for our educational classes. We are unable to accommodate last minute requests at this time.
  • If you would like to book this class as a group, please do so at the time of booking. Otherwise, the class will be restricted to the first person who books.
  • This class will be taught in person at our flagship roastery and cafe located at 270 7th St San Francisco, CA 94103.
  • If you would like to reschedule your class, you can choose a different date based on availability. We are happy to reschedule or provide a full refund for cancellations at least one week before your event is scheduled.
