Signature Espresso Beverages

Since our beginnings, Sightglass has explored Signature Beverages, but nothing ever felt quite special enough to truly complement our coffee—the flavors often masked rather than enhanced it. Over the past few months, however, we’ve been working hard to create a Signature Beverage program that’s finally worthy of the Sightglass name. 

We are proud to be launching a Brown Butter Miso Carmel Latte and a Cardamom Mocha. Both of these are lightly sweet with flavors designed to complement and enhance the flavors of our coffee. 

These drinks are truly a work of art, born from the passion of our team and brought to life by our skilled baristas. 

We couldn’t be more excited to share them with you. These Sightglass Signature Beverages will be available until February 2, 2025.

Brown Butter Miso Caramel Latte: 

Lightly sweet caramel is grounded with a touch of miso 

Owl's Howl Espresso, Brown Butter Toffee Syrup, White Miso paste

Cardamom Mocha:

Warm cardamom blends beautifully with our dark chocolate mocha
