I put up my Breville Barista Express as I was wanting more volume and a less intense caffeine rush. I still wanted fresh beans ground and was using the Barista for grinding but it was noisy and large for that purpose. I got the Fellow Opus and use it with a Keurig style coffee maker, the Amazon Basics Compact Dual Brew Single Serve Capsule Coffee Maker, 14 oz, which was on sale for $22.96. I use the larger ground coffee holder and put it inside the Fellow magnetic catch so then I can go directly to the Amazon maker after grinding. I measure 30 grams of beans before this with a Timemore Digital Espresso Coffee Scale and pour into the Fellow hopper. I grind the hopper contents completely each use.
Very satisfied with this grinder!! As they say garbage in garbage out. I have excellent output from the Fellow so the brewing stage should have awesome inputs. I realize I have a cheap brewer but I can upgrade that later (for better features etc. ) knowing I have a premier consistent grinding device!
