Orders placed between 1:00 PM PST Friday and 1:00 PM PST Sunday - processed on Sunday and roasted on Monday.

This is a very nice espresso blend. I would put it in the flavor category almost of a Northern Italian-style blend. It’s medium roast, but tastes almost like it has elements of a darker roast. I personally like a slightly lighter, fruitier espresso shot, but this is great for foggy, cool mornings.
