Another offering from Maria Elena Vides de Ovalle and her son Renardo Ovalle, the coffee from Las Terrazas is grown at an incredibly high altitude and benefits from cooler temperatures and vast amounts of shade trees. There are at least three varieties present in this offering that create a complex taste profile. The San Ramon and Caturra varieties lend sweet, citric qualities to this coffee that make it more complex alongside the smooth, chocolatey notes and a nectarine sweetness.
